We accept approved payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of FIT & FAB 812 LLC.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of service. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete health and personal information
Disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications
Following all pre- and post-treatment instructions
Failure to do so may affect results and safety.
6. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, funnels, or communications, you agree to receive SMS messages from FIT & FAB 812 LLC.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
